Note: SAVOY Orlando will make every attempt to reserve the requested tables as described above. However, we cannot be responsible if requested tables are not available upon arrival.
7. Decorations
Decorations are not required.
All decorations will be provided by and installed by customer.
Decorations will be provided by the bar.
Note: Decorations must not cause any permanent damage to the bar. Anything used to affix decorations as well as the decorations must be removed completely at the end of the party or event. Any damage caused by decorations is the responsibility of the customer. Any items not removed by the close of business the day of the event will be disposed of by the bar.
SAVOY Orlando will provide a complimentary Birthday package consisting of a balloon bouquet, party hats, party favors and a bottle of house champagne to share for birthday parties of 10 guests or more, after 7PM and with at least 3 days advance notice.
Other decorations will provided at additional charge.

8. Catering
Catering is not required.
All catering will be provided by customer.
Catering will be provided by the bar.
Note: The customer will coordinate and schedule all catering. Catering will be set up only in an area designated by the bar. The customer is responsible for all removal of catered food, supplies, etc. The customer is responsible for any damage caused by catering. Any items not removed by the close of business the day of the event will be disposed of by the bar.
